I have had quite a bit of experience selling estates on behalf of families and/or executors. This usually requires a bit more “hands on” work in terms of giving advice on services available to help appraise and/or remove items in order to “stage” an apartment to show it to its best advantage. Working with different members of a family who may or may not agree on the value of the property to be sold requires a great deal of patience.
