In addition, I work with international clients who invest in Manhattan, which means that I do both sales and rentals. I also do corporate relocation, meaning I relocate top executives to NYC who are looking for a particular area that has schools and outdoor activities for the children and the entire family. I help my clients selling and buying coops, condos, townhouses. I also identify possible buildings for conversion.

I’ve been a proud, passionate New York City resident for over 19 years and am now an official citizen who resides and owns a home in Harlem. My wife, Sandra Gansberg, and I work as a team. While Sandy specializes in working with buyers with budgets between $750k to $3 million, I work with all of our sellers and handle all negotiations on both the sell side and buy side of our deals.
