Tony is someone who immediately strikes you as very warm and genuine. He's the prime example of what anyone would want in any service-oriented industry, and he never let his personal opinions get in the way of his professional ones. One of the things we loved about working with Tony is that he's a local to the Upper West Side. He knew the condo complex that we purchased in, and he had actually sold a number of spaces in it previously, so he knew the ins and outs of the property. He was able to educate us on the neighborhood, where various amenities were, how it was evolving, et cetera. The negotiation of the sale was very easy, quick, and professional. When we later decided to sell the space, Tony worked tirelessly, showing the space for weeks at open houses. He later suggested that we attempt to find a tenant to lease the space. We appreciated Tony's constant flow of ideas, and we felt like we were always being placed first. We couldn't have asked for more in terms of his dedication and commitment to us. He eventually found a tenant who just recently signed a two-year lease with us, so we're very satisfied. When we ultimately sell the space, it will be with Tony. He's earned our fierce loyalty.

Tony helped me sell my mother's apartment. Once we came to an agreement in terms of the listing price, which was backed up by significant amounts of data from Tony, he took over the sale and I was able to remain hands-off. Tony posted the space to his website, advertised it in the newspaper, and had a very well-designed flyer created for the property. Ultimately, the apartment sold and I was very satisfied with Tony's work. I would recommend him to friends and family.

Working with Tony was absolutely wonderful. He was the best agent I could've asked for, and one of the most welcoming people I've ever met. I would recommend him to anyone without a doubt. My experience with Tony was very favorable. He was professional, responsive, and he got me a better deal on my property than I had hoped for. I would absolutely recommend him to others. Tony was always willing to present ideas for the apartment to make it eye-catching - I liked to keep the space very neat and tidy, but Tony suggested that I make it feel more lived in so that a potential buyer could see themselves in the unit. Tony also provided me with tips on how to avoid clutter and open space while making this adjustment. These were things I hadn't thought of before, but they proved to work very well. Another part of working with Tony that was extremely helpful was that he changed his schedule to fit mine. His entire focus was on me as a client, and I really have nothing negative to say about working with him. The whole interaction was extremely positive.

I highly recommend Tony to anyone looking to buy or sell in Hell's Kitchen. Tony added a substantial amount of value to the sale of my home because of his ability to stage my property. His emphasis on making sure the space was showcased in the best way possible really allowed us to receive much higher offers than we could've gotten had the apartment not been set up like it was. Tony's experience continued to add value to the sale as he negotiated with the buyer to solidify a very pleasant price. I'm involved in real estate development, and my company hired Tony and his partner for a project three years ago. Throughout our dealings together, I was very satisfied working with Tony. I originally put my home on the market to sell it, but after talking to Tony, I decided that renting the property would be a better alternative in order to gain more from the investments I had put into the space. Tony had sold a number of apartments in my complex, so I knew that his experience would be helpful; however, Tony's knowledge extended to the entire neighborhood. Tony was able to draw in a number of potential renters, and he constantly kept me updated in terms of the feedback he was receiving from visitors.
