I have been selling family apartments for the past two and half decades to every size family from a one child family up to as many as 5 children; young married couples, experienced empty nesters and families with no children. Classic Six and Classic Seven room homes are popular and common in supply and demand. The Classic Eight to Classic Twelve room apartments are in very high demand and sell for very high prices in every single neighborhood. Unfortunately, size does matter on this subject and buying just the right size home takes a lot of research, comparative shopping and hitting the pavement. My daily challenge is helping people buy and sell these types of properties and negotiating the best terms for a smooth closing.

Stephanie is a go-getter. However, unlike other agents, she is not pushy. Rather, she has a great, relaxing demeanor. Stephanie is knowledgeable and accomplishes what needs to be done in a quiet but confident way. Stephanie helped me in the process of selling my home, but because of the state of the market, I decided to hold off. If I do plan to sell, I will use Stephanie. Stephanie helped me to sell my apartment on the Upper East Side. Overall, I thought that Stephanie did a great job. She was very knowledgeable in the market and knew how to sell and at what price point. She has a low-key style, was not pushy, and I appreciated that. However, selling a home is difficult because it is often mixed with lots of emotions. When you have the attribute of being low-key, it may go along with someone who is less emotional than someone who is volatile and expressive. You the have to balance what is most important to you. I would recommend Stephanie to others, as overall she provided me good service.

I both bought and sold properties on the Upper East Side through Stephanie. Working with Stephanie was always an easy experience. She never forced any property upon us and she only showed us homes which fit our criteria. Stephanie also saved us a lot of money and showed us how we could get the most out of our money.
