I become a relocating person's best friend during their house hunting visits by introducing them to neighborhoods, restaurants, schools, shopping and transportation. With a tenured track record at the firm I began my career in 1996 by winning Corcoran's Rookie of the Year Award as the firm's most promising new agent that year and continue to remain in our top 2% of highly professional brokers.


I have been frequently distinguished for doing a higher volume of deals than many other brokers. Having sold in Manhattan's finest buildings including cooperatives such as 875 Fifth Avenue, 1035 Park Avenue, 485 Park Avenue, 50 Central Park West, 300 Central Park West and condominiums like Time Warner and downtown at 475 Greenwich-The Zinc to name just a few I am intimately familiar with all of Manhattan's finest neighborhoods and create the most polished board packages, offer letters and questionnaires to ensure the best possible match between a buyer and seller.




I bring many assets to my real estate career from a distinguished acting background having guest starred on FRIENDS, several soap operas and numerous national TV commercial campaigns and hail from an Oscar winning family. I graduated from The University of Delaware where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with minors in Economics and Italian during which time I studied abroad at the University of Rome, and when not working hard I enjoy investing in real estate, gardening, cooking, wine making, philanthropy, traveling and dining out.


My charities are The Smile Train, Save the Children, The North Shore Animal League and the Rondout Valley Food Pantry.

Scott was a pleasure to work with for several reasons. He was very knowledgeable about market conditions and apartment values, he had some very good suggestions about how to price my Upper West Side co-op, and he worked his tail off to push the deal through, including hosting many open house events. That was particularly important. A previous agent from another firm simply didn’t give as much time, didn't put in as much effort as Scott and was not as up to date on market conditions. Scott helped us a lot in the negotiation process. Scott is a pleasure to work with personally and made sure he kept us up to date frequently on the status of things.

I think that there's a wide range of quality in real estate agents in the city, and Scott is one of the few who I would definitely recommend to others. I find purchasing property in New York to be an extremely stressful process, but Scott really shepherded me through the whole ordeal. He had a great attitude the entire time, stayed very calm, and was extremely organized, which really helped me to relax. He put in a huge amount of effort to find me the apartment I wanted, and he worked hard to make sure my bid was accepted. Scott is a consummate professional, and I would definitely recommend him as an agent. He knows the market extremely well, and he was able to give me a range of possible pricing levels for my apartment depending on whether I wanted to sell it quickly or try to maximize my profit. I was looking to sell my apartment at the peak of the market in Manhattan, and Scott did an absolutely great job with the property. He worked hard to present the apartment as positively as he could, and he put in a huge amount of effort with open houses and showings. He got to know potential buyers to try and find the right one for the property, and he always followed up afterwards. I have bought and sold many homes in my life. Buying my second home in New York through Scott, however, was the first time that I have ever had an enjoyable experience working with a real estate agent. I think that this speaks volumes. When my husband and I decided to move our family to a larger apartment, we talked with a number of agents before entering the market. Scott possesses every single attribute I could ever hope for in a real estate agent. He's impeccably honest and has tremendous integrity, which has earned him respect within the real estate industry and allowed him to build connections and relationships that many agents can't. When my wife and I hired Scott, we wanted to look at Tribeca, SoHo, the West Village, and the Upper West Side. Scott had an incredible encyclopedic knowledge of the buildings, price ranges, and histories of all four of these neighborhoods. It was truly remarkable. I worked with Scott when we relocated from DC to New York earlier this year. When we were thinking about moving, we first interviewed three agents, and asked all of them to spend half a day with us. Based on his approach and our meetings, we decided to go with Scott. This was definitely the best decision we could have made. Over the next year, Scott kept in touch with at least an email or two a month, to share some ideas and information about the market. Once we finally decided to relocate, we worked with Scott over the course of six weeks to find our ideal home. My husband and I were working with another broker when we landed in a bit of a predicament. We had sold our Chelsea apartment and had signed a contract for a home on the Upper East Side, but the deal fell through one day before we had planned to leave for a vacation.
