Specialties
“People Come First” is my promise to provide exemplary service and transactional expertise to ensure that your real estate experience is exciting and flawless. For over 13 years, I have focused my career on helping people find the perfect four to nine room home in the Upper West Side, Upper East Side and Tribeca Neighborhoods in the price range of $1.5 to $12 million.
My greatest pleasure in Real Estate is to help parents navigate the market by educating them on both neighborhood highlights including schools and finding that very special home to raise their children in. It is a most honorable role to play in people's lives.
I have worked extensively with people relocating into Manhattan from around the US and from overseas including London, Milan, Hong Kong and Dubai. I have developed great skill in helping people prepare in advance for their visit with on-line tools used to acclimate you to Manhattan. An in-depth knowledge of neighborhoods is necessary to help relocate people unfamiliar with Manhattan. I become a relocating person's best friend during their house hunting visits by introducing them to neighborhoods, restaurants, schools, shopping and transportation. Most importantly, I listen carefully to their hopes in order to find them the perfect property best suited to their needs.
Discretion and privacy are often key in working with high profile clients. I have years of experience with celebrities and other high profile clients in both rentals and sales. In each transaction I strive to conserve the client or customer's time and energy, privacy while ensuring his or her satisfaction.

Agent's personal statement
“People Come First,” my motto for exemplary service and transaction work to ensure your Real Estate experience is exciting and flawless.
Man on the Go…
I love dashing around New York City helping people achieve their dreams by getting a seller an unprecedented price for their most valuable tangible asset, or seeing the excited smiles on people’s faces when they’ve found the place to make Manhattan their second home, or to raise their family and last a lifetime.
Down to Earth…
Premium quality customer service and prompt, financially sound results are of the greatest importance to me. With a positive and calming resolve, and a gratitude for your trust I promise to become your formidable source for up to the minute market information and access to all of Manhattan's listings, for valuable broker to broker relationships paramount to a smooth transaction and a commitment to flawless personal service whether you are a buyer or a seller. I also strive to get at the heart of what makes people tick and to protect people from what can be the negatives of a competitive market place.
A Formidable resource…
With a tenured track record at the firm I began my career in 1996 by winning Corcoran's Rookie of the Year Award as the firm's most promising new agent that year and continue to remain in our top 2% of highly professional brokers.
I have been frequently distinguished for doing a higher volume of deals than many other brokers. Having sold in Manhattan's finest buildings including cooperatives such as 875 Fifth Avenue, 1035 Park Avenue, 485 Park Avenue, 50 Central Park West, 300 Central Park West and condominiums like Time Warner and downtown at 475 Greenwich-The Zinc to name just a few I am intimately familiar with all of Manhattan's finest neighborhoods and create the most polished board packages, offer letters and questionnaires to ensure the best possible match between a buyer and seller.
Backround…
I bring many assets to my real estate career from a distinguished acting background having guest starred on FRIENDS, several soap operas and numerous national TV commercial campaigns and hail from an Oscar winning family. I graduated from The University of Delaware where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with minors in Economics and Italian during which time I studied abroad at the University of Rome, and when not working hard I enjoy investing in real estate, gardening, cooking, wine making, philanthropy, traveling and dining out.
My charities are The Smile Train, Save the Children, The North Shore Animal League and the Rondout Valley Food Pantry.
