I’ve worked with Richard for twenty years in just about every neighborhood in New York. With him, I’ve bought and sold condos, co-op apartments, townhouses, lofts -- everything I can think of. We’re actually currently working together on a deal. I can’t think of anybody else who would be able to do as good of a job as Richard. He’s a very smart guy, an extremely hard worker, and he’s very experienced with a tremendous knowledge of the real estate market. When I first moved to the city in 1993, Richard helped me find an apartment in Murray Hill. We developed a long-term relationship from the sale and have kept in contact over the years, which I think says a whole lot about the type of realtor he is. I've recommended Richard not only to my family and friends, but also to very important clients, and he's earned my trust every time. He has an extensive knowledge of the buildings he lists, the co-ops he works with, and does an incredible amount of research when there's something he isn't absolutely sure about. Three years ago, Richard invited me to an open house that he was hosting, and I decided to take a look at the property. We talked about ways that the loft could be renovated and the space could be optimized, and I eventually purchased it. Unfortunately, external circumstances forced me to sell the property as soon as I finished working on it, but Richard helped me get a great price on it, and I was again impressed by his professionalism and hard work.

My experience with Richard was very positive. When my husband and I were expecting our first child, we were looking to upsize and relocate from downtown to the Upper West Side, but we had a very rigid budget. Richard completely understood our limit and focused on finding us the best home we could afford in the area. Because we were looking mainly at co-ops, Richard was careful to explain the maintenance fees associated with each property and how they would affect the true price of each apartment. He also helped protect us from bidding wars, since we were buying as the market approached its peak. I highly recommend Richard to anyone looking for a real estate agent who has a great eye for quality and is a true pleasure to be around.

Working with Richard was a very positive experience for me. He’s extremely knowledgeable about the market, and I really appreciated his broad view of various property types in the city, particularly condos and co-ops. His experience allowed him to offer a wide perspective as well as explain the upsides and downsides of each property type to me. He also understands the tax implications involved with purchasing property, so he was able to advise me not only as a realtor but as a financial consultant, as well.
