Specialties
I sell in all of Manhattan's neighborhoods but my real focus is Upper East Side "white glove" co-ops. Typically, these buildings are from Park Avenue to Fifth Avenue, 59th Street to 97th Street. I specialize in family size apartments.
I have handled dozens of sales for buyers who have moved to New York from other parts of the U.S. and the world. I listen to the client's needs and have the experience and ability to place them in the neighborhood that works best for them and in the appropriate size apartment.
I have sold dozens of condominiums to buyers who are purchasing them solely as an investment. I fully understand the income to expense concept of purchasing for investment. I am very aware of the issues involved with investment properties because I presently own numerous apartments for investment purposes only.
I have represented dozens of estates over the years in the sale of their New York City properties. I have a strong reach in the real estate community and I have been successful in projecting an estate sale as value for the purchaser.

Agent's personal statement
My real estate sales career began in New York City almost 20 years ago. I know my business and have an excellent reputation as being an honest, hard-working, and intelligent broker. For over 10 years, my production at Douglas Elliman was ranked in the top 20 brokers in the entire firm. Part of my success is due to the fact that that I am a straight-forward broker. My business model is not about making one sale to generate one commission check. Instead, I try my best to keep a client for years to come. In my 20 years working in the business, I have seen first-hand that honesty and hard work are the keys to keeping clients happy and loyal.
