Together, we head a successful, “full-service” team of seven. As one of the rare full-service brokers in NYC, we are experts at residential sales, investment properties and rentals. From 2006 to 2008, we were named to the President’s Advisory Council (Top 25 Corcoran Brokers), distinguished as Corcoran’s Manhattan Rental Salespersons of the Year and been members of Corcoran’s Multi-Million Dollar Club.

 

Our team has the energy, business savvy, and creativity to bring any real estate dream to life. Vincent uses his background as an Account Supervisor at several high-profile advertising agencies to uniquely brand each apartment that we sell and Paul’s experience working in Architecture, Urban Design, and City Planning (he holds three Masters Degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Johns Hopkins University) is extremely helpful in terms of staging an apartment and making small changes that have a large impact on the sales price.

 

Because we have our finger on the pulse of the rental market, we work quite a bit with investors. Smart investors understand that the difference between a successful and a failed investment is accurate underwriting. While expenses are typically straight-forward, projecting accurate rental income is much tougher which is why having rental experts on your team is critical. Our command of both the rental and sales market ensures that we accurately identify properties with the greatest investment potential. Our investor clients can also take confidence knowing that, besides working with real estate owners, investors and landlords, we personally invest in New York City real estate.

 

In addition to his full-time success in Real Estate, Paul is a marathon runner, having run both the 2010 London Marathon and 2009 New York City Marathon, and finds time to direct his creative interests as a producing investor in the theater industry, including the Broadway productions of West Side Story, A View From the Bridge, Lend Me a Tenor, and Ragtime, and the upcoming Broadway premiers of Minsky's and Green Day's American Idiot. Vincent is currently satisfying his entrepreneurial spirit as an owner of a thriving restaurant franchise.

We've had great experiences with Paul and Vince, and I'd highly recommend them. Initially, we purchased a pied-a-terre with Vince, and what I liked about that experience was that Vince never tried to make a hard sale on us. He listened to what we wanted, followed that criteria, and made us feel comfortable in searching for a property. Both Vince and Paul are highly knowledgeable, extremely professional, and organized in the way we wanted them to be. They have a great sense of the market, and they handle pretty much everything. When we later sold our pied-a-terre to find a full-time home in the city, Vince and Paul came in, staged and showcased the apartment, took photos, and handled the marketing of the property all on their own. During negotiations, they were more protective of us than we would've been and suggested that we ask for a bit more than what we had been offered. We ended up raising the offer to more than we had originally thought we'd get without their encouragement, and we were very satisfied with the outcome. We're still searching for our next purchase, but during the search, Vince and Paul have helped us find a couple rentals that we've liked.

I have purchased two investment properties through Paul, but my experiences with him have also included a bit of work with Vincent. Both agents are extremely professional, and their knowledge not only encompasses all of New York City, but also the real estate market at large. I work in customer service every day, so I know how important it is to have a good rapport with clients. Paul excels at this. He has gone out of his way to try and find information regarding everything from financing to building regulations for both transactions. Some brokers in the city get a very negative image for being pushy and curt, but Paul doesn't fit that stereotype. He's extremely helpful, and he's willing to share his knowledge with his clients. I would definitely recommend Paul and Vincent to others. I'm currently speaking to them in regards to another investment property, and when I decide to enter the market again, I will work with them for a third time.

Paul and Vince made my East Village purchase go through incredibly painlessly. I think that buying property in the city is usually stressful, but I didn't feel any of that stress working with them. I would definitely recommend them to others. Paul and Vince were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Paul and Vincent are great people to work with. I initially contacted them to help me purchase my first property in Manhattan, and they were very helpful throughout the entire process. When we first began to look at apartments, there was some trial and error in terms of narrowing down exactly what I wanted, but I realize that this is a normal part of the buying experience, and they were able to quickly discern what types of properties I was interested in. They showed me a great number of properties, and were very good in regards to staying within my price range. Once we found a property together, Paul and Vincent remained helpful throughout the purchase. They answered all my questions in a very timely manner, and they were present at the closing itself to make sure the deal went through without a hitch. Towards the end of last year, I was married and was looking to consolidate my property with my wife. Paul and Vincent helped me to sell my East Village apartment, and my experience with them was very good. I would recommend them to friends or family. I'm someone who often finds much to complain about in the performance of professionals and others I work with, and I had heard negative things about real estate brokers, in general. So I was delighted to find that none of this applied to Vince and Paul who are consummate professionals. They are highly competent, pro-active on behalf of clients, and honorable. I often recommend Vince to friends and colleagues, in part, based on my first experience with him in selling a co-op apartment. Before I signed a contract with Vince, I was in negotiations with a neighbor who wanted to purchase it, which meant that if the deal went through, Vince wouldn't have received a commission. Knowing this, Vince still advised me that this was an unusually good offer and that I should take it. He could just have easily have told me that he could do better, and I wouldn't have known the difference. That kind of honesty spoke volumes to me about Vince. As it happens, the deal with the neighbor fell through, and Vince and Paul found a buyer for the property at a good price. In another transaction, I purchased a condo and then ended up having to put it back on the market, just as the market crashed in October, 2008. Miraculously, Vince and Paul managed to sell the condo in just three weeks and for a decent price. Despite my original skepticism, they taught me the value of staging the apartment to make it more marketable, which I was persuaded to do, and I now believe that this decision, along with other solid advice which they always provide, was responsible for the quick sale. Receiving an education about the market from these experts is another of the many benefits of working with them. Vince and Paul are now helping me find a new property; based on previous experience, I'm enjoying working with them again and am confident that I'm in the best hands in the business.

Paul and Vince were a pleasure to deal with every step of the way. They’re true real estate professionals: responsive, market savvy, and reliable.
