After graduating with distinguished honors from the Pace University Lubin School of Business in downtown Manhattan, I embarked on a career as a top producing mortgage banker. Successfully arranging financing for hundreds of homes throughout NYC naturally lead me into the path of real estate sales. This career transition proved to be tremendously effective, as I understand the art of deal making from both the financing and marketing end of the sales transaction. Having single-handedly sold over 40 apartments in the past two years alone, I have an encyclopedic knowledge of almost every building in Manhattan. I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table that I share with my clients. I would recommend Michael to any first-time buyer. Not only is he great to work with, but he’s also a great guy. He is very professional, an adept negotiator, and deserves perfect marks across the board. Michael’s knowledge of the entire Manhattan market is extraordinary. Michael not only knows the individual neighborhoods of the city, but he also knows the specific areas that are great to buy in for a first-time buyer, and which aren’t so great. Michael also offered me access to some of his connections in the industry, including agents as well as mortgage lenders and brokers, which helped the process of buying a new home. On a scale of one to ten, Michael is more than a ten. When I hired him, I was very frustrated with the other brokers I had been working with and the situation they had put me in. Michael quickly resolved that situation and started working to find me a home. I found Michael to be extremely trustworthy. I realize that everyone wants to cater to their own interests, but Michael was responsible and focused on me as his client. His extensive market knowledge allowed him to provide me with information that no other broker had given me, and he never wasted my time. Once I found a property I was interested, Michael's knowledge continued to prove helpful. I decided it was time to buy an apartment when my rent was increased by thirteen hundred dollars per month. Michael helped me to find a great condo in the Upper East Side, and my experience working with him was great. Throughout the process, Michael was always very honest with me, which really allowed me to trust the advice he gave. He was direct, and never dodged a question or tried to keep anything about a property from me. I felt like he was truly working to get the best deal he could for me, not just trying to get the biggest commission he could, and I appreciated that. I’ve already recommended Michael to my friends, and I’d absolutely do so again.

As a first-time buyer, I wanted to be educated on the entire process of purchasing a home, and Michael explained everything to me in the detail I wanted. He was very pragmatic and practical as a businessman, but at the same time, he always tried to accommodate me in any way he could. His knowledge of the Midtown East area and his consistent availability were both helpful and impressive. Overall, my experience working with Michael was great. Buying an apartment with Michael was a great experience. He's an extremely hard-working agent, and always had a new compilation of available listings for me to look at. My situation is a bit different from most of Michael’s clients in that he’s never worked directly as my broker. When we first came into contact with one another, he was the broker of the seller of an apartment I was looking to buy. The second time, the situation was reversed -- he was representing the buyer in the purchase of my home. This didn’t stop Michael from making a lasting impression on me, though. I found that whenever I had a question, Michael was able to reply more quickly than my own broker, and often his responses were much more thorough. When we had a lot of delays and complications with closing one of our deals, Michael stepped in to mediate, and he greatly helped to resolve the problem. He showed a strong ability to compromise. He examines the needs of both parties before coming to a solution, and because of this, he was able to find a common ground that simultaneously satisfied me and his clients. I really feel like he did a better job than the brokers I had been using at the time. I would definitely recommend Michael to others in the real estate market. The next time I decide to move, he will be the first person I call.

My experience working with Michael to purchase a condo in Flatiron was fantastic. He was very diligent about helping me search for a new home, and he sent me weekly updates with apartments that fit my requirements throughout the year that we worked together. At one point, I had bid on an apartment and lost. Michael remembered the building, though, and a few months later, he had identified owners of the same unit on a different floor who were looking to sell. He brokered both sides of the transaction and I got the apartment I wanted. I would recommend Michael to anyone who’s looking for an approachable agent who will work within whatever parameters you set for a new home.

When we first came to the city to look for an apartment for my daughter, we were unfamiliar with the entire real estate market of Manhattan. We didn't know the neighborhoods or types of properties available. Michael gave us a quick and thorough education of the city, and he took us to a wide range of properties so that we could narrow down what we wanted to purchase.
