I focus on buyers who are looking for the latest and greatest new development projects in Manhattan. I have sold new developments in world class buildings such as 15 Central Park West and many projects on the Upper East and Upper West Side of Manhattan. I work with sellers to develop a strategic marketing plan to get their homes sold and closed all over Manhattan. I have sold hundreds of millions of dollars in Manhattan Real Estate.

I am always searching for the latest and greatest new development project in Manhattan. I, myself, have invested in several new development projects in Manhattan and am currently a homeowner in a brand new development on the Upper East Side. Many developers and their representatives contact me about their latest projects. One developer awarded me a Maserati and chauffeur for a year. This was for selling the most apartments of any broker in his huge new development. I would be happy to go over the latest new development projects taking place in Manhattan with you.

I think one of the reasons that I have worked well with estates is that I give my sincere and honest assessment of the property while understanding the sensitive nature of the situation. I have worked with executors and attorneys on the real estate component of the estate.

Our summary of
Michael Gordon

"Prior to his career in real estate, Michael owned his own business which he sold to a national chain. As a real estate agent, he has applied all the business acumen from his previous experience to the benefit of his buyers and sellers. Michael focuses much of his business on new developments, so he knows the inventory extremely well and has good relationships with many NYC developers. He is particularly strong for sellers because he tailors marketing plans to each of his clients' specific needs."

“Michael's attentiveness and professionalism in every transaction have made my experiences with him universally positive.”

I've been working with Michael for the last five years. He's helped me rent out a number of apartments as well as purchase a home of my own. Michael is reliable, punctual, and honest. His attentiveness and professionalism in every transaction have made the experiences universally positive. I've recommended Michael to friends already, and I would absolutely continue to do so.

What I appreciated about Michael is that he's not a pushy person; instead, he's professional and always courteous. He attended to my needs, and both times I went into contract with him, he went above and beyond the call of duty. He worked with the co-op Board of a property I was hoping to purchase, and with another property, he went to the sellers' attorney to pick up paperwork that was causing delays. On the sale side, Michael held quite a few open houses, and he remained extremely involved after he got the listing. I was so happy with Michael's work that I referred somebody from Florida to him.
“Michael was critical to the success of my co-op estate sale.”

Michael did an outstanding job evaluating the condition of the property, helping me to set and to reset the prices, and encouraging me to go forward with an offer when he knew the client was valid. One of the problems with co-ops is that you don't always know if the client can pass the Board, and this was a particularly difficult building, but Michael showed the property in excess of 70 times, because it had a lot of deferred maintenance. In that sense, he was invaluable to me to give me guidance in terms of what we should and shouldn't fix, and how to position the property in the best possible light. He's a true professional, he doesn't get emotional about a sale - he's a steady person to go back to when you need that insight into the market.
“Within just one or two days of us signing with him, Michael had a ton of people coming through the apartment, but he still made sure that his showings were at times convenient to our family.”

Working with Michael was wonderful. He's a very nice guy, and he was very professional. For example, even though I've given him permission to call me by my first name, he still uses my last as a formality. At the time of our sale, we had a child, and Michael was very accommodating to this. He made sure to let us know well in advance of any showings or open houses he'd scheduled, and he always made sure that those times were convenient for us. Within just one or two days of us signing with him, Michael had a ton of people coming through the apartment, so we really appreciated his consideration of our needs. When things started to stall out, Michael advised us to revise our price, because our window for selling was starting to close. We encountered more complications - our first buyer decided to opt out at the last minute - but Michael held our hands through the whole process, including the ups and the downs. The whole experience was great.
“Michael helped me from the early phases in the sale of my Chelsea condo development properties.”

Working with Michael was a very good experience. He helped me from the early phases of selling the Chelsea condos I had helped develop, and I found him to be very cost-effective. We sold the properties with few marketing materials - most of the marketing was done online, which saved a lot of money. Also, Michael was involved in the early financial aspect of the development. He helped work out the numbers in terms of how many properties he could sell and for what price, and put all of that on corporate stationary, which was tremendously helpful for the bank to see. I was extremely satisfied with his work, and will still meet with Michael to bounce around ideas for the next market peak.
