When my school was looking to expand, we contacted Meris to help acquire a suitable property to relocate to. In talking to her, we found that she had the experience and background in real estate that we were looking for, and she came to the table very well-prepared for the challenge. She was a consummate professional throughout the acquisition, and she stayed very diligent with returning phone calls and setting up appointments when necessary. I'm the head of a school in Greenwich Village. Two years ago, I contacted Meris and Kenny because I was looking to buy a building to add space to the school. I worked mainly with Meris during the search and eventual purchase, and she was an exceptional guide throughout the process. Finding an appropriate property that I could use for my school was very difficult, but Meris never gave up. She was constantly bringing me new options and brainstorming different ideas that might be acceptable for me, and she always kept my school's interests in mind. I hired Kenny to help me purchase a larger home in Manhattan. He was unbelievably patient in our search, and he showed me a large variety of properties in order to develop an understanding of exactly what I was looking for. When we first started, I had been looking on my own at lofts in the TriBeCa area, but by the time Kenny and I closed, I had purchased a townhouse in Murray Hill. I hadn't considered that property before, but because Kenny was so in tune with my interests, he was able to expose me to a property that was a much better fit for me than anything I'd seen. He offered great advice throughout the whole process, but left all the final decisions up to me. I have recommended him to friends and would absolutely do so again.

Everything about Meris is phenomenal. I worked with her before she started working with Kenny, but I've kept in contact with her through the years, and I would confidently recommend her to anyone. When we searched for my apartment, she was sensitive to my needs, and she quickly discerned that I did not want to be guided through every property and be told dozens of details. Instead, she realized that I wanted to look for myself, then ask questions if I had any. She's the first agent I've ever worked with who was understanding of this, and I really appreciated it. Once I found my apartment, Meris was very helpful with the negotiations, which were very complicated. What I find most impressive about Meris is that not only is she a fantastic agent, but she's also an unbelievably nice person. After we closed the deal on my apartment, she came to a number of my gallery's openings, and we developed a friendship. Meris is truly a top-notch agent. She helped my family with both sides of an upsize move in the Chelsea neighborhood, and in both instances, she was completely on top of her game.
