I am based in California and Karen helped me to sell my penthouse in Manhattan. I interviewed a ton of other high-profile, expensive agents, and none of them cut it. When I met Karen, I knew she had the savvy to sell the penthouse. She sold it extremely quickly and at a great price. In fact, I thought it may be too fast so I said, “no, we’ll wait.” I turned down the offer and as a result, I ended up losing $50,000 because I didn’t listen to her. Karen knows exactly what needs to be done with each specific property. Her experience, know-how, flexibility and professionalism make her a really special package. Karen worked well with my team, my wife and my staff. I have had the same agent in California for 20 years and he does not compare to Karen. I have purchased and sold at least five properties through Karen. She is a great agent and an exceptional person. Karen is honest, fair, and very down-to-earth. In fact, my wife and I now socialize with her. She knows the market, she knows the trends, and she’s very competitive. I recently purchased a penthouse through Karen. Karen understood my needs and remained persistent. The building kept trying to push a different apartment on us, and she said, “No. This penthouse is what he wants. Period.” She was instrumental in getting me exactly what I wanted. Karen has great insight and I trust her judgment. She will show you different apartments and tell you which one fits the best, but she doesn’t force you to buy it. She is not pushy or arrogant, like some agents can be. However, there have been times when Karen has told me to buy and I have decided not to, and regretted it. I think Karen is unique in that she truly invests in her clients and makes sure that they are informed. Every six months, she and I spend a day in the market together. She helps me to understand my options and points out what is available. She invests an entire day just to keep me abreast regarding the state of the market. Although Karen does not make any money from this, it is important to her that I stay knowledgeable so that in the future, my purchases are easier. Karen has been like a professor to me.

Karen is a great agent and a fabulous person. I think that we need to learn how to clone her! Karen is incredibly smart -- she has a high IQ, but she is also emotionally intelligent. She has great people skills and is very competent. I would recommend Karen in a second; in fact, she was recommended to me when I was looking to buy a condo in the city.

Over the past 10 years, I have worked very closely with Karen in buying and selling several apartments in Manhattan. I was able to make a very good profit on these properties and I know that I would not have yielded such great results without Karen’s expertise. Her market knowledge is excellent: not only does she have her finger on the pulse of the market, but her true understanding of what drives the market enables her to correctly anticipate future trends. Karen is great at accurately pricing properties and she truly understands the value of a unit at any given time. This gives her the edge above the rest. Additionally, having Karen on my side alleviated much of the ambiguity and hesitation that can accompany real estate transactions. During each transaction, Karen constantly communicated any pertinent information regarding the deal which made things very transparent for me. I never had to wonder what was going on and she constantly kept moving the deals along and stayed on top of it every step of the way. That is something that I truly appreciated.
