My reputation for putting my client’s needs above all has been both recognized and appreciated over my more than 10 years in the business. It is also the key to my success as a top-notch, results-oriented residential sales specialist who’s constantly achieved more than $50 million in sales annually.

 

Originally from Shanghai, I completed undergraduate studies in Accounting then moved here to earn my Masters degree in Finance. Moving then to Hong Kong, I enjoyed working for major hotel groups and airlines first in Accounting, then Pricing, and later in Sales and Marketing. My financial education coupled with demanding sales, marketing, accounting, and management responsibilities prepared me for a successful real estate career.

 

My interest in real estate piqued upon becoming a successful investor while in Hong Kong. I brought my expertise to San Francisco where I lived before falling in love with and moving to New York. Specializing in the city’s luxury condominium, townhouse and co-op market, I pride myself on my ability to focus on each individual’s unique needs.

 

I am fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Shanghainese and love my work. Outside of selling and investing in real estate, I also enjoy dabbling in stocks and travelling the world.

She has a strong sense of the big picture. Other brokers are much more transaction-based, but Janet sees opportunities for long-term potential. Janet is amazing. I was relocating to New York this summer when Janet helped me purchase a co-op on the Upper East Side. Janet is the hardest working agent I have ever come across. She will find a way to get things done when others would simply throw up their arms. Also, she has an amazing network of people (from the attorney to the house painter) who she recommends and are excellent.
