Working with Holly was great. My husband and I were interested in purchasing from a new development in order to renovate a property as an investment, but neither of us had much time on our hands. Holly gathered all the information we needed and brought a number of options to us. Once we purchased the property, Holly again performed most of the leg work. She staged it for sale, allowed us to remain hands-off, and within about two months she had a buyer who was offering us 40% more than what we had purchased the space for. Holly's experience gave her the ability to take care of everything in the transaction, so again, we were able to relax. My husband works in property development, so we've worked with a lot of realtors in the past. Holly stands out in the way she genuinely cares for her clients. She's completely honest, and her focus is on her clients' well-being, not just her commission. She's truly a diamond in the rough, and we highly recommend her.

I know that real estate agents work on commission, and in between transactions, they make much less money. Since we purchased our home with her four years ago, Holly has been completely loyal to us. She has continued to work hard for us and answer any questions we have, and I think that speaks to her credit. She loves the real estate business, and she's very good at what she does. Holly's patience has always impressed us. When we first worked with her, she was extremely interested in getting to know what exactly we wanted in a property, and she took the time to work through trial and error to help us understand our needs. I've been living in the city for the last ten years, and working with Holly was one of the least stressful experiences I've had with someone in real estate. I highly recommend her to everyone I know. Holly helped us get through an extremely stressful move. We had purchased a new property at the top of the market, and by the time we were able to list our home, it was the bottom of the market. For the first few weeks, we received no inquiries regarding the property. Holly was an extremely committed and involved broker. When my family wanted to upsize our home, Holly found a pre-construction building for us and came up with a great idea. She proposed that we combine two condominiums on the blueprint level, and she helped to design a floorplan that would utilize the space as effectively as possible. She then negotiated these conditions with the developers and was able to come through on her idea. I think a lot of brokers can find a home for their clients, but to find one who can perform this sort of negotiation, especially in a hot market, is remarkable. At the same time, Holly helped us to sell our old home. This took place shortly after 9/11, so the economy was going through a downturn, but Holly worked day and night to ensure that the apartment was shown. She added a personal touch to the showings by always being present and understanding that the move wasn't just a financial transaction, but a physical and emotional one. She became invested in us as both clients and people, and I think that personal touch made all the difference. I could really trust her, and I'd absolutely use her again if I decided to ever sell this space.

When I first came to the city, I already knew Holly, so I hired her to help me find my first home. I had quite a bit of confidence in her, and she was able to quickly get me into a property that I loved. Years later, I was engaged, and needed to sell the space. We listed the apartment shortly after 9/11, but Holly was still able to draw a lot of attention towards the space. Holly is very street savvy - she knows how to give the right advice at the right time. She's realistic about market conditions, and her selling price was a perfect choice. She's accessible, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable - not only did she bring in a number of comps during our initial talks, but she was able to analyze them and explain their significance to me. In terms of the sale itself, Holly's expertise continued. Since we listed in the late fall, Holly would put some hot apple cider on the stove at each open house to create a sensory experience for visitors. Once we had a prospective buyer, she was great with the negotiations, and she treated the sale like it was one of her higher-end deals, even though it wasn't. I would absolutely recommend Holly to others. She was able to sell my apartment during a very hard time, and she excelled every step of the way.
