Without a doubt, Gabriel is the best of the best in real estate agents. He covers all his bases, makes sure his client is informed, and he does all his homework and research before bringing new information to the table. For example, we had an offer on our apartment, and before even forwarding that offer to us, he negotiated the price to what we had asked for. We happened to be traveling for seven months while the apartment was on the market, so when our first buyer was rejected by our co-op Board, Gabriel again took the reins and got to work. He contacted other prospective buyers that we had spoken with before, and within a matter of hours, he was able to get a higher offer than our asking price from one of these buyers. By this time, the market had dropped about 20%, so we found Gabriel's ability to get this offer to be amazing. Anytime someone asks for a recommendation, we immediately offer Gabriel's contact information. He's on top of his game, top-notch, and can find a solution to any problem before we're even aware of the problem's existence.

I moved out of the city ten years ago, and I'd been renting my unit to tenants since then. I decided I wanted to sell the space and contacted Gabriel to assist me with the sale. Because of his outstanding work, I have already recommended Gabriel to my brother. Gabriel knows the Hell's Kitchen market very well. He helped me with both the sale of an investment property and the purchase of a personal property in this neighborhood, and I found his knowledge to be extremely valuable. Gabriel actually lives in the building in which I had my investment property, so he had a great handle on how to market it and sell it. We put the property on the market just as prices started to slip, but Gabriel held out and was able to get a bid that matched our asking price. In terms of my purchase, Gabriel was able to find me a temporary rental with just two days notice while we searched for a permanent new home for me. Gabriel has helped me with three real estate transactions, and at this point, he's the only realtor I'd use in the city. He looks out for me, and he treats me as his first priority. I look at Gabriel as a banker overseeing my real estate bank account. For Gabriel, working relationships are long-term. He knows that nurturing these relationships is beneficial to both parties involved, so he genuinely wants what's best for his clients. He's never pushy or obnoxious.
