We know that buying a home in New York City can be a challenging process. Now factor in owning one or more pets and it can be overwhelming. Every building has a different pet policy: some don't allow any pets, some allow only cats, others allow dogs below 40 lbs, others just one dog. So what do you do if you have two 150lb Great Danes? I understand the difficulties with finding a pet-friendly home in NYC. I know the pet friendly buildings in Manhattan and we can answer the important questions, including: Is a co-op or condo better for pets? What buildings allow what breeds? Where are the best dog parks?

Eileen helped me sell my pied-a-terre in Manhattan, and she did a really great job. I wasn't the easiest person to work for, because I really wanted to sell before the market crashed, and I wouldn't settle for a low bid, but Eileen rose to the challenge. She was extremely aggressive with the sale, marketed the property very thoroughly, and she brought in a buyer who bid at the high end of my price range. The deal closed, and Eileen did exactly what she had promised she would. I would definitely recommend her to others.

I had a very good experience working with Eileen. She helped me make my first move into Manhattan in May 2007. I was moving from Queens and was relatively unfamiliar with the Manhattan purchase process. Eileen’s determination and organization makes her one of the better agents I have worked with. Eileen helped me to sell my studio in Gramercy in August 2009. I was looking to sell because the studio that I owned was too small for my daughter, her husband and their baby. Eileen helped me find a home for my daughter in Midtown Manhattan. She also helped me to find a tenant when my daughter moved to San Francisco. I do not live in New York so most of my correspondence with Eileen had to be over the phone and through e-mail. She is very responsive; she always responded to our questions within an hour or two. When we arranged to meet with Eileen, she was extremely well-prepared. She fit her listings down to our specifications. Eileen was very helpful and a step ahead of what we wanted. Eileen helped me to purchase a co-op apartment in Gramercy. She is extremely attentive; she listened and understood where I wanted to settle down and what I was looking for. Eileen didn’t waste any of my time. I particularly liked that Eileen was very thorough with follow-up. After visiting each apartment, she would ask me detailed questions regarding my likes and dislikes. Further, she would apply those comments to improve upon the next apartment.
